UPEA has finished investigating the suspicious actions of the few Dota 2 teams which participated in our events: Benedixion from the Legion Student League with Dota 2, prodigyplus4 from the Legion Championship of Ukraine with Dota 2 and Hopeless from the Legion School League 2021 with Dota 2.
Benedixion had the following line-up:

- Kit ‘prodigy’ Marian
- Kachmar ‘pryha’ Ostap
- Bokotko ‘Lanzarote’ Ostap
- Patsurin ‘JoJo_Flex’ Oleksandr
prodigyplus4 had the following line-up:
- Firsov ‘Firsa’ Oleksandr
- Lukyanchikov ‘4uvashking’ Ilya
- Cat ‘prodigy’ Marian
- Nikolishin ‘foxy’ Denis
- Jordan ‘Jff’ Vitaly
HOPELESS had the following line-up:
- Artem ‘artemkaaa’ Savchenko
- Ivan ‘Dinozaur’ Kiryakov
- Yuri ‘devoured’ Kohut
- Anna ‘tilted’ Vaksyutenko
- Dmytro ‘suzzzuya’ Stoyanov
During the inspection of the participants of the Legion School League 2021 (Hopeless team), judges found that three accounts of Hopeless players, in reality, were used by third-party players, whose identities could not be identified.
The members of Benedixion (Legion Student League) were checked, and it had been revealed that third-party people played on the accounts that belong to Patsurin ‘JoJo_Flex’ Oleksandr and Kit ‘prodigy’ Marian, whose identities could not be identified. After investigation, the players admitted their guilt.
Also, it has been found that accounts of players (Firsa, 4uvashking and prodigy) of team prodigyplus4, which participated in the Legion Ukrainian Dota 2 Championship 2021, have been used by three third-party players, whose identities could not be identified. All players pleaded guilty.
During the investigation, Benedixion and Blood Notes captain Ostap ‘Lanzarote’ Bokotko repeatedly misled the refereeing board by giving false information about the team’s players.
UPEA ruled that:
- Prodigy and JoJo_Flex has been banned from participating in the Association’s next season.
- Lanzarote has been banned from participating in the Association’s competitions for 1.5 years.
- Firsa and 4uvashking have been banned from participating in the Association’s next season.
- The prodigyplus4 team has been disqualified from the Legion Ukrainian Dota 2 Championship. Its slot will go to the team that left the tournament in the previous stage.
- The entire Hopeless team has been banned from participating in the next season of the UPEA competition and disqualified from the actual one.
- The Benedixion team has been disqualified from Legion Student League.
UPEA strictly adheres to the rules of fair and equal play. We hope that the players will draw the right conclusions from the incident.
