  • Making esports the second-most popular discipline after football

Increasing the number of esports teams and players:

  • Professional teams: from 2 to 5
  • Semi-professional teams: from 5 to 15
  • Professional and semi-professional players from 840 to 3,000

Increasing the number of international esports tournaments to 12 per year:

  • 4 × Tier-2 tournaments
  • 4 × Premier tournaments
  • 1 × Exhibition tournament (similar to IEM Katowice)
